👉🏽 Be vocal with your boss on opportunities or projects you want to pursue instead of waiting for them to be given to you.

👉🏽 Don’t always say “yes.” We often feel like if we don’t say yes, we will miss out on other opportunities but that’s actually not true. Be mindful of things you say yes to.

👉🏽 Find a mentor. It’s important to know who the players are in upper management, team up, and learn from their success.

👉🏽 Believe in yourself and constantly remind yourself you are exactly where you are meant to be.
